Job duties:
- Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions
- Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts
- Perform updates, pre-season delivery inspections, and pre-season inspections
- Complete work orders and enter technical notes into computer
- Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards as the company in committed to the protection and wellness of its employees.
- Keep shop area in a neat and tidy order
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Answer to customer service calls as required
Benefits:
- Overtime remuneration and on-call (CAD$ 75) after 44 hours a week

Education:
- Vocational training diploma in a related field or equivalent
Requirements:
- Over four (4) years of work experience in the agriculture equipment industry
- Apprenticeship as a Heavy or Agricultural Equipment Technician
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with strong planning, organizational and communication skills
- Red Seal or journeyman certification is an asset
