Role Overview

The Territory Manager drives targeted sales and inventory goals to support profitable company growth. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service that enhances the customer sales experience and expands Alberta AG Centre’s presence in the agricultural industry. The Territory Manager develops and maintains strong customer relationships, leveraging internal resources to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Core Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

• Monitor and achieve retail sales targets • Develop, monitor, and execute a territory management plan, including timely and accurate submission of retail forecasts by customer in Iron HQ, aligned with overall Alberta AG Centre strategies • Successfully determine and proactively communicate the best finance solution(s) for customers • Prepare periodic sales reports that include customers visits, quotes, demonstrations, etc.

Product & Market Expertise

• Continuously strengthen product and marketplace knowledge through training to improve sales results • Deliver highly effective field demonstrations that showcase the products we sell • Assist in forecasting annual sales and budgeting for future years' sales for assigned territory

Customer & Event Engagement

• Attend, lead, and assist with farm tradeshows, expert camps, and other Alberta AG Centre promotional activities such as customer events and clinics • Collaborate with the Marketing team to capture high‑quality photo and video content for promotional use • Collaborate with other employees/departments to ensure quality after-sales support meets customers’ needs effectively

• Adhere to established company values, practices, policies, and procedures at all times • Follow and support compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations, and standards • Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location • Be an effective team member by participating in company team-building events

Role Overview

As a Parts Technician, you will help ensure the smooth daily operations of our parts department. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist internal teams (Sales and Service), support external customers, and apply strong parts knowledge to a variety of daily tasks. Duties include preparing quotes, verifying pricing, checking inventory, coordinating delivery timelines, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Support

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers • Look up parts and part numbers for customer equipment • Mark and allocate parts for service work orders and over-the-counter customers

Parts Research & Procurement

• Research parts availability within the facility or through external resources • Maintain communication with Shipping/Receiving, suppliers, and customers

Inventory & Operational Administration

• Complete inventory tasks, work orders, purchase orders, receipts, and stock placement • Participate in inventory cycle counts • Provide backup support to other Parts staff as needed

Branch Support & Flexibility

• Provide on-call coverage • Travel to local branches as required (may include overnight stays) • Perform other duties as assigned

Role Overview

As an Agricultural Service Technician, you play a vital role in keeping our customers’ equipment running at peak performance. From diagnosing complex mechanical issues to completing repairs and preventative maintenance, you bring the technical expertise that keeps farms moving. This position is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural equipment while delivering timely, cost-effective solutions our customers can rely on. Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is preferred. Familiarity with CLAAS equipment is considered a strong asset.

Core Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Repair

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on equipment • Perform diagnosis and repairs in the field as required • Utilize computers to research parts and technical information

Workplace Standards & Asset Care

• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment • Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly manner • Follow all safety rules and regulations when performing work assignments

Documentation & Accountability

• Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments • Accurately account for all time and materials used in assigned duties

Customer & Product Support

• Support customer clinics • Maintain current knowledge of company competitive products

Role Overview

The position will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, washing, and detailing equipment and vehicles, assisting with equipment repairs, and many other duties. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and enjoys a fun atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities

Shop & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain a clean work environment • Maintain a clean yard, including snow removal, garbage pickup, and equipment re-organizing • Perform minor safety inspections on loaders, forklifts, fire extinguishers, and service trucks

Equipment & Vehicle Care

• Wash and detail service vehicles •Clean and detail equipment • Install and remove decals

Operational & Technician Support

• Assist technicians with jobs as requested • Pick up and deliver parts • Load and unload equipment
