Role Overview

As a Parts Technician at Alberta AG Centre, you build and maintain the connection between our customers, suppliers, and service teams. You bring parts knowledge, customer focus, and attention to detail to a fast-paced dealership environment where accuracy matters with a positive, collaborative approach.

Core Responsibilities

Customer Service & Parts Support

  • Provide exceptional service to internal (Sales and Service) and external customers.
  • Look up parts and part numbers for customer equipment.
  • Mark and allocate parts for service work orders and over-the-counter customers.
  • Prepare quotes, verify pricing, and coordinate delivery timelines.

Inventory & Procurement

  • Research parts availability through facility inventory and external sources.

  • Complete work orders, purchase orders, receipts, and stock placement.

  • Participate in cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.

  •  

Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Maintain active communication with Shipping/Receiving, suppliers, and customers.

  • Support other Parts team members as needed to ensure efficient daily operations.

Operational Support & Flexibility

  • Provide on-call coverage as part of a shared rotation. Occasional travel to local branches, including overnight stays, is required.

Role Overview

The Regional Service Manager (North) is responsible for the overall performance, quality, and culture of the service operation across Alberta AG Centre’s three North locations (Lougheed, Olds, and Settler). Leading the Service Managers and supervisors at each shop, this role ensures customers receive consistent, dependable service no matter which location they visit, while building a team culture grounded in accountability, safety, and pride in the work. The Regional Service Manager plays a key role in protecting and strengthening the Alberta AG Centre brand, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and equipment dealers, and as a connector between the shop floor and the broader business, working closely with Service Writers, Parts, Sales, and senior leadership to keep the customer experience seamless from end to end.

Core Responsibilities

People Leadership

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Service Managers/supervisors at all North locations (Lougheed, Stettler, and future sites), ensuring consistent standards, accountability, and a positive, unified culture across the region.
  • Conduct regular site visits to coach leaders, observe shop operations, and address issues in person rather than remotely.
  • Lead the annual performance review process for Service Department staff, in partnership with Service Managers/supervisors, ensuring reviews are completed on time, and feedback is fair and consistent across locations.
  • Monitor KPIs, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and Performance Support Plans (PSPs) across all North shops, following up with Service Managers/supervisors to ensure plans are actioned and progressing.
  • Identify staffing gaps or issues across North locations and coordinate coverage

Service Quality & Operations

  • Own quality control across all North locations, ensuring every unit is properly inspected and meets standards before delivery or customer pickup.
  • Set and enforce consistent diagnostic, repair, and inspection standards across shops.
  • Work with the Service Writer and Warrantee team to ensure completion and technical documentation practices across locations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely entry into the system.
  • Drive consistency in service processes and standards across all North shops.

Health, Safety, & Facilities

  • Champion a culture of safety across all North locations, ensuring full compliance with WCB and OH&S standards and company policy.
  • Hold Service Managers/supervisors accountable for maintaining safe, clean, and organized shop environments.
  • Support incident investigation and corrective action follow-up for any safety incidents occurring at North locations.

Customer & Stakeholder Relationships

  • Promote a strong customer service culture across the region, addressing escalated customer concerns and ensuring service teams deliver consistent, exceptional experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with equipment dealers/OEM partners, acting as a key regional point of contact for service-related matters.
  • Partner closely with Service Writers and Service Managers/supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, scheduling, and communication.

Role Overview

The Director of Aftersales provides overall leadership, management, and strategic direction for the Parts and Service departments, ensuring strong customer support, service excellence, and financial performance across all branches.

Working with the executive team and leading the Regional Parts and Service Managers, this role aligns departmental goals with Alberta AG Centre’s vision, sets high performance standards, and helps shape a customer-focused, supportive team culture under the guidance of the CEO.

Core Responsibilities

Operations & Performance Management

  • Oversee and ensure the overall success of Alberta AG Centre’s Aftersales departments.
  • Design and execute action plans with Regional Parts and Service Managers to meet departmental objectives and budgets.
  • Monitor progress and ensure achievement of established financial and operational targets.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track departmental and individual performance.
  • Develop a cadence for regular department reviews and oversee implementation of improvement initiatives.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze business operations to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen, optimize, and grow Aftersales performance.

  • Collaborate with the Sales department to strategically maximize overall profitability.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support for Regional Managers to build high-performing teams.

  • Recruit, train, evaluate, and develop staff in collaboration with Regional Managers, CEO, and Human Resources.

  • Ensure continuous coaching and performance management in accordance with company policies.

  • Communicate and reinforce the organization’s vision, values, and long-term priorities across all Aftersales teams.

Customer Experience, Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Deliver and maintain top-tier customer service across all Aftersales functions.

  • Ensure brand-partner standards are consistently applied across all branches.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws, including employment and safety regulations.

  • Adhere to and promote company values, policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Demonstrate regular and punctual attendance.

• Attend, lead, and assist with farm tradeshows, expert camps, and other Alberta AG Centre promotional activities such as customer events and clinics • Collaborate with the Marketing team to capture high‑quality photo and video content for promotional use • Collaborate with other employees/departments to ensure quality after-sales support meets customers’ needs effectively

Role Overview

As an Agricultural Service Technician, you play a vital role in keeping our customers’ equipment running at peak performance. From diagnosing complex mechanical issues to completing repairs and preventative maintenance, you bring the technical expertise that keeps farms moving. This position is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural equipment while delivering timely, cost-effective solutions our customers can rely on. Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems is preferred. Familiarity with CLAAS equipment is considered a strong asset.

Diagnostics & Repair

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on equipment • Perform diagnosis and repairs in the field as required • Utilize computers to research parts and technical information

• Maintain the condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment • Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly manner • Follow all safety rules and regulations when performing work assignments

Role Overview

The position will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, washing, and detailing equipment and vehicles, assisting with equipment repairs, and many other duties. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and enjoys a fun atmosphere.

Shop & Facility Maintenance

• Maintain a clean work environment • Maintain a clean yard, including snow removal, garbage pickup, and equipment re-organizing • Perform minor safety inspections on loaders, forklifts, fire extinguishers, and service trucks

Equipment & Vehicle Care

• Wash and detail service vehicles •Clean and detail equipment • Install and remove decals

Operational & Technician Support

• Assist technicians with jobs as requested • Pick up and deliver parts • Load and unload equipment
