Parts Driver – Seasonal (Full time May – October / Seasonal November – June (as needed))
Looking for immediate start date – Canadian residents only
Position Reports To: North Regional Parts Manager and South Regional Parts Manager
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday May – October – 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- November to April – As needed or potential part-time hours
Purpose of the Role:
To transfer parts between all six Alberta AG Centre locations in a timely and organized manner. This includes picking, loading and unloading of the parts where necessary. Assisting the Parts department with stocking, ordering, picking, transferring, and inventory maintenance.
About the Role:
- Transferring parts from Alberta AG Centre locations in Lougheed, Stettler, Olds, High River, Coaldale, and Dunmore as required
- Occasional overnight and weekend trips
- Upholding safety procedures/policies and perform using safe work practices
- Adhere to all traffic laws
- Pick, load, and unload all transfers as needed
- Perform local deliveries to customers and in-field technicians
- Help with inventory counts
- Forklift operation
- Drive vehicles from 1/2 ton pickup to a flat deck 1-ton with a trailer
- Maintain vehicle logs and fuel receipts
- Other duties as assigned by your managers
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Valid Claas 5 Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s abstract
- Valid Canadian passport, or the ability to obtain one
- Comfortable driving truck and trailer setups
- Able to travel overnight, if necessary
- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Time management skills
- Personal means of transportation to get to and from work location
- Excellent communicate skills, highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Sit/stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, and use of ladders and stairs
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs/23 kg

Pay:
- From $20.00 per hour
Expected Schedule:
- 8 hour shift/40 hours per week May-October
Additional pay:
- Overtime pay
